Maison Martin Margiela SS13 – favorite looks

Maison Martin Margiela used to be that one brand I always loved for their designs, creativity and that very specific handwriting, yet I always thought it was so hard to pull off most of their looks in real life.

This week, during fashion week in Paris, they presented their Spring/Summer 2013 collection, and I thought it was finally everything together – amazing design, great comfort, beautiful fabrics and colors, and most of all – wearable. I chose my favorite looks here, especially those I wouldn’t hesitate twice before wearing:

The venue was beautifully decorated, and you can easily tell that a lot of thought was put into every little detail of the decore. Here is the behind-the-scenes video, showing the work on the unique installation:
