Charlotte Gainsbourg new editorial shot by Will Davidson for Oyster Magazine, issue #98.
She mainly wore special items by Chanel, but I think this Acne bikers leather jacket matches her just perfectly. You can say a lot about Charlotte, but you can’t say she is a typical Chanel girl.

As much as I love YSL, I’m such a sucker for Acne this year! And have to admit it that I’m a huge fan of Phillip Lim mens bags. The bigger the better. That said, I think I officially made it to the final step and survived my rehab from bags. It’s over. I don’t carry them anymore, anywhere but to work. It’s so much fun not to carry them at night for dinner or drinks! I can’t even explain. You should try it too!

Oh boy, it’s been a while! This week has been a long ride to crazy town and back, work has become more and more insane as we get closer to the holidays. It’s not the holidays that are so stressful (ok, that too), it’s just that the second they end it’ll be all about fashion weeks around the world and there’s so much to do before I pack my bags and go!
Thinking of the long hours of travelling and flight in the next couple of months, I always think about ways to stay warm and as comfortable as possible in airplanes. It’s an endless mission, I have to tell you, especially if I wish to stay chic all along.
I just found this great DKNY Pure Cozy Cardigan in beige, and automatically added it to my cart. It looks like the perfect piece to cuddle in when I work on my laptop, watch a movie, read a book or even sleep during a long transatlantic flight. I’ll match it with soft cashmere leggings and biker boots, it’s very much my kind of a look. Check it out:
I’d wear it with these gorgeous Acne boots and throw a Theyskens’ Theory leather jacket for when I leave the airport and face freezing London or New York. Good thing is that I can mix all these with totally different items and style, so maybe, just maybe, I can travel a little lighter next year. Nahh… That’ll never happen

Ever since Carine Roitfeld left her job as chief editor of the French Vogue, and I discovered Emmanuelle Alt who replaced her, I can’t decide which of their styles I like better. I’m much more of an Emmanuelle for sure, I’m very simple, monochromatic and wear a lot of men’s clothes, jackets and skinny jeans, and we are both so tall so it’s no wonder I can relate to her style better, but – when I see photos of Carine’s style, I’m usually blown away. They are not very different as they both have this awesome French chic and can be very accurate with wearing the most perfect Acne white t-shirt and the most flattering Topshop black skinny jeans, or the most dashing Balmain leather jacket, and yet – they are two very different kinds of chic.
I saw this video a couple of weeks ago and lost it. I’m glad I found it on Hint Magazine yesterday, because I really wanted to share it:
