It’s time to admit it: I wear glasses. I do. I can’t see anything without them. The problem is that I hate wearing glasses. I can’t stand them on my face. Remember how an annoying fly feels on your face? You just want to smash it. That’s how I feel when I wear glasses. I wish I was comfortable wearing contacts, but I can’t wear them either 
So I usually walk around in a total blur. Most of the time. Once in a while I go and get new glasses, just to cheer myself up. I wear them for two weeks and then hate them too.
When I heard that Alber Elbaz is designing eyeglasses for Lanvin now, I promised myself to stop hating glasses. For more than two weeks, at least:
